Supporting individuals through the child-bearing years is my passion. Whether you are experiencing postpartum depression or anxiety/OCD, infertility or perinatal loss, or growing your family through adoption or foster care, I am able to provide a safe and comforting space for you to process your experiences and share your story.

I believe that all people deserve to have their stories heard, held and honored.

I am available to meet through telehealth or in-person and work with individuals ages 18+.

My career has been focused on supporting individuals and families as they navigate the many ups and downs of the child bearing years. From feelings of overwhelm and intense worry, to shifts in relationships, identities and body image, to navigating the most unexpected of circumstances, I assure you that you are not alone and support is available.

I hold a specialized certification in perinatal mental health (PMH-C) and utilize approaches in Attachment Theory, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused, Person-Centered and Psychodynamic and talk therapy. I believe in using a strengths based approach and adapt modalities based on the needs of each individual.

I have a specific interest in supporting individuals through perinatal loss including; miscarriage, stillbirth, infant loss, and termination for medical reasons.

On a more personal note, my husband and I are the parents of 2 teenagers and one very sweet bernedoodle. I enjoy reading, visiting bookstores and coffee shops, spending time playing games, cooking, and exploring greater Grand Rapids with my family.
